Is the press tougher than politics?

Guardian and Daily Mail post was accidentally deleted.

But ... it was re-posted again (having made a lucky recovery).
Can't focus.  Too scattered.

Did have a brief look, checking out UK press.

It seems the UK press have poor relations and poor regard for one another.

I'm quite shocked.

The news business seems more cut-throat and more head-kicking than politics.


On first impressions, it seems a tougher, seedier, meaner and murkier world than politics.

How could that be possible?

Maybe they're just sneakier about it in politics?  Oh, I know...in politics they get SOMEONE ELSE to do the dirty work ...while they look good.

Stand by my last statement about politics.

But the press stuff could just be me over-tired, and just getting carried away over-dramatising the vibe I thought I picked.
