I disregard their name changes and prefer to stick with 'ISIS'. Tried to see what the 'v' stands for, but couldn't find a match for the English I punched in.  But 'Kalifas' is caliphate in Lithuanian, I've discovered.  'State' is:  būklė. Not sure what to think of the story.  I guess I'm not surprised. It doesn't have a strong emotional impact on me in the way other things do, probably because I don't identify in the way that I identify with other things, and it therefore feels very remote. ꕤ
