The Kitchen Pasta Carbonara Click to Enlarge ---------------------- ---------------------- COMMENT Improvised Carbonara. Would have been better I've I'd gone easier on the eggs (used x6). It was well received, but I found it too runny for my liking. Threw mine back in the pot to set the egg more. Ate most of it, but the initial runny 'egginess' put me off ... as did getting interrupted posting something while juggling my plate. Had a bit of frustrated tanty ... and it's kind of made me uptight and queasy. Not sure why I'm so uptight.  Super on edge.  Horrible feeling.
