Result:  meh.  I like the Greek donuts heaps better - here. It's the yeast I crave, I think.  Failed at jam filling ... forgot I had a piping bag.  Jam kept getting stuck in my substitute squeeze bottle.  Just flicked dollops of jam on top, in the end. The mess in here is unbelievable.  Not worth the fuss:  messy kitchen and fat thighs. This is the last lot of sweets ... my metabolism isn't what it was.
