Uncle Vlad vs. Oligarchic Cultural Marxism ... May the Vlad Be With You

FREE YOUR MIND

Uncle Vlad vs. Oligarchic Cultural Marxism
... May the Vlad Be With You

'Garlic' to the Vampire Ruling American Oligarchy:
PATRIOTIC RESISTANCE

The first section of data that follows is an article and extracts that were contained in Russia Insider (together with their captions), in relation to the subversive fifth column Soros NGO activities, and their evil Soros bankrolled schemes.

Thereafter there's some more DCLeaks info from the Alex Christoforou article that was published in 'The Duran', together with link to the DCLeaks searchable site.

It's all marked up, but I thought I'd better mention so it's clear where the content is from.

Now that I've finshished playing with this for god knows how long of barely being able to see straight, I don't know why I've tortured myself.  LOL

I think I just like arranging things.  Ordering things helps me to feel like I'll remember the information that I look at:  it somehow feels more complete than just reading something and linking to it.

But I'm not sure it's really much of a strategy:  I was reminded today of the speculation Soros did on the Asian currency and that's something I read about before but had totally forgotten about.
It's a good thing I don't have an empire or a country to run.  LOL

DC Leaks Exposes Soros Plan to 'Counter Russian Foreign Policy and Subvert Traditional Russian Values'

Remember this the next time someone tells you there is no plan to subvert Russia

Richard Brandt

19 hours ago | 4,769 91

The recent George Soros hacks show plans/conspiracy to subvert Russia's traditional values.

George Soros' Open Society's Foundation is responsible for funding many "civil rights organization" that promote "Western values" in Russia.

Soros is one of the 30 richest people in the world,
known for supporting Cultural Marxist organizations around the world, using his billion dollar wealth to wield enormous influence in society.

Here is a damning quote from the leaked files of Soros' Open Society Foundation:

"Our inclination is to engage in activities that will ... counter Russian support to movements defending traditional values"

The language in Soros' internal communication read as if his Foundation sees itself as a full-scale warrior in a global conflict, "the stakes are high", and "we should avoid entering directly into the geo-strategic warfare..."

Enjoy these choice excerpts from the leaks"

COMMENT

I can barely keep my eyes open ... and I can barely keep track of all these leaks and events.

I knew Soros was very wealthy and in charge of all these interfering fifth column organisations, but the strange thing is that I never appreciate just how wealthy and how seriously in control this American oligarch really is.

I cannot really imagine the wealth of this person ... at all. It's impossible to imagine.  And it's even more impossible to imagine why he, and others like him, want more money and more power over others in the world.

Why isn't it ever enough?

Too tired to look at this properly, to see if it makes sense.  Think it does.

It looks like if you delete the 'a' portion of the image link code to get rid of the annoying specs, and if you set the image to whatever percentage, you lose out on the Open Link in 'New Tab' right-click mouse option.  But if you revert to standard size, you get the 'New Tab' function back (but without the magnifier ... presumably because the 'a' code portion is missing ... or the image (in this case) wasn't set to particularly large size in the first place?

Might have to experiment with images ... if I remember this.  Doubt I will.  Don't remember much.  LOL.

USAID, Soros Funding Explains Lack of US Banks, Citizens in Panama Leaks

World
19:46 07.04.2016

French lawmaker Thierry Mariani said that the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), is explicit in receiving Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) and USAID funding and it explains why in fact so-called Panama Papers leak has absolutely nothing about US banks or German, American citizens involved in schemes.

MOSCOW (Sputnik), Svetlana Alexandrova – US Agency for International Development (USAID) and billionaire investor George Soros funding explains the absence of US banks and citizens implicated in the Panama Papers leak for running offshore schemes, French lawmaker Thierry Mariani told Sputnik on Thursday.

Germany’s Suddeutsche Zeitung published materials on Sunday it claimed to come from the Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca, exposing a number of world leaders and their circles’ alleged involvement in tax haven schemes. One of the newspaper’s project partners, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), is explicit in receiving Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) and USAID funding.

"It explains why in fact so-called Panama Papers leak has absolutely nothing about US banks or German, American citizens involved in schemes," Mariani said.

The WikiLeaks editorial team drew attention to OCCRP’s funding on Wednesday, saying the Eastern Europe and Central Asia-oriented organization waged a smear campaign against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

'Panama Papers’ report has revealed no new information. We should be mindful of the information on who supports and directly funds the Panama Papers’ report. On the lower portion of the OCCRP’s website it is said that Reporting Project is made possible by a Soros-funded organization and USAID," Mariani echoed WikiLeaks' reminder.

Mossack Fonseca earlier responded to media reports by refusing to validate the information contained in the leaks and accused reporters of gaining unauthorized access to its proprietary documents. It warned that using unlawfully-obtained data was a crime that it would not hesitate to punish by legal means.

New Bellingcat project to investigate cross-border corruption

Collaboration between Bellingcat, Hacks/Hackers London and the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) will share information on the latest open-source investigative tools and techniques

Posted: 29 September 2014 By: Abigail Edge

Open-source investigations site Bellingcat today launched a new project to investigate global networks of crime and corruption.

The London Project Investigathon is a collaboration between Bellingcat, Hacks/Hackers London and the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP).

It will bring together journalists, investigators and researchers to share knowledge on the latest open-source tools and techniques required to carry out investigations, by organising regular events to work on live projects.

"Because these are transferable skills, we can set them up doing projects that we're giving them but they'll learn stuff that they can use in their own projects," said Eliot Higgins, founder of Bellingcat and the Brown Moses blog on munitions used in the Syrian conflict.

Also involved in the Investigathon are journalists from the Financial Times, members of the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, and Bellingcat contributors Peter Jukes, Chris Brace and Oz Katerji.

Their first project will be centred around money laundering and, more specifically, money from Eastern Europe which is suspected of being laundered in the UK property market. Higgins said the project is an "extension" of Google Investigathon, held in July to showcase the OCCRP's Investigative Dashboard.

Participants will learn to use tools including the OCCRP's Investigative Dashboard, which scrapes data from business registries around the world and makes it searchable to assist those working on cross-border investigations.

...

Bellingcat, which launched in July, regularly shares tips, tools and how-to guides on verifying stories and videos using open-source information alongside its own investigations. Two recent projects include locating an Islamic State training camp in Mosul, Iraq and identifying the Buk missile launcher alleged to have shot down flight MH17 in eastern Ukraine.

In a similar fashion, the London Project Investigathon's work, tools and techniques will be written up on Bellingcat "so other people can go and do it themselves and learn from us", said Higgins.

The Central European Initiative began life in November 1989, when Italy, Austria, Hungary and Yugoslavia got together to form a body called Quadragonal Co-operation. It was described then as a "platform for mutual political, economic, scientific and cultural co-operation".

One of the CEI's main tasks at present is helping the ten non-members of the EU learn from the seven EU members, or in the CEI's jargon "facilitating and co-financing the transfer of know-how on 'fresh' transition and negotiation experience."

Found the above really interesting.
I've read that Carl Bernstein article before, but I don't remember much anything ... so I might have to read that again (later).  It's so crap having a poor memory.

Anyway, I thought all these US crossovers, US patronage, the Soros webs of influence, what amounts to American indoctrination and to projection of American influence across Europe is an interesting, many-headed beast.

I'm convinced that the 'Panama Papers' 'leak' slash release is an American PsyOps.

USAID's position is sort of explained here in this diagram:

US State Dept Throwing Fit Over Russian Expulsion of Soros NGOs

Some people just don't understand the benefits of 'color revolution' style democracy

Tue, Dec 15 |
Originally Appeared at Kopp Online. Translated from the German by Werner Schrimpf
The U.S. State Department is not happy with the Russian authorities having classified the various Soros NGO’s as “undesirable.” According to Washington, this would be a further step in preventing the kinds of activities beneficial to civil society and the Russian people. What was Putin thinking?  [lol]

Blocking philanthropists and friends of mankind in conducting their fruitful activities is not a good move. Nothing is as hard as man’s ingratitude. Once again Russian’s president Putin is setting a bad example. At least the U.S. Foreign Office is firmly convinced of it.

Immediately after release of two rulings which will ban two leading philanthropic organizations from Russian territory, State Department spokesman Mark Toner announced the following:

Today’s designation of the Open Society Foundations and the Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation as so-called “undesirable” organizations will only further restrict the work of civil society in Russia for the benefit of the Russian people.  This action is yet another example of the Russian Government’s growing crackdown on independent voices and a deliberate step to further isolate the Russian people from the world.  [lol ... more like CIA voices]

Both of these both organizations from US-mega-adventurer George Soros were added to the so-called “Stop-List” of foreign NGO’s in order to avoid any further infiltration to Russia.  Russian general prosecutor argued the activities of these Soros organizations would represent a major threat to the constitutional order of the Russian Federation and national security. The broader global public could easily get the impression that this is another strike of Putin’s against democratic movements - at least this is the image Soros tries to generate. Because it should be quite clear to everybody that Soros and his network of global-acting NGO’s are just serving civil societies and would do nothing else but encourage liberty and democracy.

It’s not by chance that Soros initiated a bundle of activities decades ago, especially in Eastern European countries to promote the transition from "closed societies“ to "open societies“. But everybody should be aware that brutal wars are fought in order to establish peace, liberty, and democracy in allegedly suppressed societies, and bringing democracy is always a highly welcomed argument in order to forcibly implement geostrategic and economic interests.

Especially in the case of George Soros, there is no denying the fact that this person exercised a massive impact and influence on “color revolutions” and social riots – all measures and activities just for the benefit of a new democratic order. His track record includes the Arabian spring, subversions in Serbia, Georgia, Macedonia; and finally in the Ukraine. Basically it is unbelievable that a single individual is able to trigger stress and turmoil in national and international politics. According to international standards this is an absolute no-go regardless the motivation of the initiator of all these social dislocations. But these standards are obviously not valid and binding for George Soros.

In this case, Russia is accused of simply not wanting to accept such a serious exertion of influence.  The U.S. should know it better at least when listening to InfoWars author Kurt Nimmo. He pointed to the dramatic incidents in Ferguson, Missouri, and Baltimore, Maryland, where Soros NGO’s had also a hand in the events. Additionally, Kurt Nimmo cited Polish journalist and author Konrad Stachnio, who wrote last October:
Every time I see the old, good George Soros saying something about democracy and European values, I know that something is going to happen. This way the case of Ukraine, when George argued that democracy is the most important and when he says that European values are most important and that is why we must accept million refugees every year. How will it end? Probably as usual: fires, riots, overthrowing governments and total destabilization in Europe, more or less as it ended up recently in Ukraine.
Those are clear words. Soros was also active in Poland and established the "Stephan-Báthory-Foundation” in 1988 as a starting point for his global network, spanning around the globe and bringing not always positive changes and developments to the various nations affected. During an interview with CNN-reporter Fareed Zakaria, Soros made no secret of his plans. As reported by Info-Wars author Kurt Nimmo:
George Soros told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria over the weekend he is responsible for establishing a foundation in Ukraine that ultimately contributed to the overthrow of the country’s elected leader and the installation of a junta handpicked by the State Department.
Many participants in the demonstrations against the elected president had been mobilized and were members of Soros NGO-network. These guys had been trained and instructed carefully by Soros’ organizations like the “International Renaissance Foundation” (IRF) and the “Open Society Foundation”.

It’s not a big surprise that Russia doesn’t want this scenario to be repeated inside its own borders.

COMMENT

So that 'European values' garbage parroted by EU-NATO politicians (even while they facilitate destruction of European living spaces, European work spaces, European society -- and even the European peoples), is bandied about by Soros and the Soros network of organisations?
Ignore this mind-f*ck & guilt-trip, which is based on false premises:  eg that 'democracy', resources or anything else that is the property and heritage of a sovereign nation (comprised of a people with a common heritage) *must* extend to those *beyond* the boundary of what comprises such nation: ie. beyond the limits or what is fundamentally the peoples/tribes that are the nation.
CIA probably came up with the 'European values' spin (see CIA propaganda at foot of this post), designed to sell the unpalatable and persuade Europeans to agree to destruction of their societies and nations, on a steady path to complete erasure of the European peoples.
PEGIDA and other like groups opposed to the invasion of Europe should probably:
(a) commence an educational campaign, so that people fully understand what's going on, beyond the fact that they simply don't want an invasion of peoples who are not their own.
As in, make obvious the link between the displaced regional populations to US-NATO series of foreign military interventions and to corporate-serving European governments; European Union elites-serving overriding agenda; US empire & allied foreign policy aggressive agenda; the wide range of costs to taxpayers (including present (& generational) strain on already strained (or 'austerity' affected) public services, the lowering of wages, loss of low-end jobs etc), and wide & enduring range of social costs); and
(b) commence targeted rallies outside of the premises of American NGOs, embassies and in front of parliaments.
(c) make positive focal points related to the integrity and welfare of one's nation and people etc.
(d)  avoid getting too bogged down in arguing the side issues, beyond explaining issues (per educational campaign).
(e) primary focus should be on the demand for integrity of one's identity & heritage (which is not transferable), which is the core or basis of the entire issue.  Everything else is a side issue / supporting factor.
*Maybe even a Maidan style, camp-out?
Hey, maybe Vicky Nuland will drop by with cookies for all?  ... LOL

From what little I've seen, protesters only seem to take to the streets, and continue to be ignored, despite marching in the thousands

I'm guessing that people who know what's really going on would be much harder to ignore (and harder to attack, smear, diminish and negate in the press etc).
LOL ... that's my protest the invasion of Europe manifesto.

CIA Torture Report

CIA TORTURE REPORT

What to do when too scattered to immerse oneself in social media escapism?

Well, try to sleep.  Try, try and try again.  And if that fails, go play with the blog ...

Hey, the CIA Torture Report is out - here (PDF - 525 pages) - finally published 9 December 2014.
I'll forever associate CIA torture and the report with Obama's fairly ho-hum, casual:
"We tortured some folks"
The report's whittled down & heavily censored.  But what I read of the highlights 'most gruesome moments' (DailyBeast) (see also Guardian)  was enough to make me quite angry and disgusted.
The treatment of the man that froze to death on the floor, naked and chained is beyond belief.
Torture of people isn't something we usually give much thought to.  It's in the realm of maybe action-thriller movies and something we perhaps ever so vaguely figure 'might' happen in the underbelly of real life or, if we're pressed to stop to think about it, may have cynically shrugged and thought, yeah, bound to happen in some nasty underworld.
But even if we could vaguely conceive of people maybe getting tortured in the course of lifestyle choices, such as a life of crime or a path of political dissidence, it would not enter our heads that agents of  democratic governments would subject living, captive, beings to torture -- and subject them to excesses of brutal torture repeatedly -- over the course of weeks of life-threatening and soul-destroying abuse.
The 'enhanced interrogation' the US dished up to captives is reminiscent of torture harking back to Nazi Germans or the torture perpetrated by psychopathic sadists getting off on controlling and debasing helpless victims (which is, thankfully, quite rare among the general public, but maybe common among the CIA and cohorts by the look of things).
So here we have representatives of the American state -- the symbol of the 'free, democratic world' -- sexually violating captives and subjecting them to insane, prolonged torture and even death, while America's preaching freedom, democracy, peace and moral superiority ... often at the point of a gun.
That US allies were complicit in this violation of human rights and of international laws (they apparently only pay lip service to) is just as disgusting, mind-boggling and demoralising.

Extraordinary Rendition:  abduction & extra-judicial transfer of persons from one country to another
Just having a quick look at 'Globalising Torture', I note that Australia rates a mention because an Australian national went through the rendition and torture mill (2001-2005) before being released with no charge and finally getting an undisclosed settlement from the Australian government in 2010.
The Australian government put on a bit of a show afterwards with an 'inquiry'.  But this was essentially the government investigating itself and (unsurprisingly) no wrongdoing was found.
Nor did they find evidence of involvement of Australian officials:
The inquiry seemingly did not investigate the statements of an Egyptian intelligence officer who alleged the involvement of Australian officials in Habib’s detention in Egypt, with Thom claiming that Habib did not provide the inquiry with a copy of the statements.
The ECHR ordered Poland to pay restitution to abductees who were taken to a CIA black site in Poland & tortured.  Poland had denied culpability and had been planning to appeal the court's decision:
In July 2014 the European Court of Human Rights condemned the government of Poland for participating in CIA extraordinary rendition, ordering Poland to pay restitution to men who had been abducted, taken to a CIA black site in Poland, and tortured.   Poland is appealing the decision. [wikipedia]
But the cat's out of the bag now:  RT News reports that Poland had received hush money to host CIA prisons and that former President Aleksander Kwasniewski confirmed hosting CIA black sites (but had denied authorising torture).
Oh, and Poland was pissed that the US can't keep a secret.  Ah, well, you get that.  No honour among thieves (or violators).
Anyway, there's 54 countries in the 'Globalising Torture' report and:  Russia's not in it!   Bring out the dancing girls & play the can-can.
Moving away from the dancing girls and getting back to the subject of torture, this is some interesting information about US government funding of countries that commit torture:
TOP 10 - USA AID COUNTRIES - THAT COMMIT TORTURE:
1. Israel – $3.1b

2. Afghanistan – $2.2b

3. Egypt – $1.6b

4. Pakistan – $1.2b

5. Nigeria – $693m

6. Jordan – $671m

7. Iraq – $573m

8. Kenya – $564m

9. Tanzania – $553m

10. Uganda -$456m
Having had a quick look at the CIA Torture Report (which I haven't read in full), the first thing I noticed was the eye-watering $81 million (plus $1 million legal indemnity) paid by the USG to the 'brains' of the torture program (which I'm pretty sure I could have devised for waaay less that fee).
What an obscene amount of taxpayer money to disburse on torturing, sexually violating and freezing people.
Oh, and I left out 'rectal feeding' or 'rectal rehydration'.  It is basically an enema -- an infusion of liquid poured into the rectum.  Liquid or ... liquefied food in the case of CIA-style 'rectal rehydration':
One CIA cable released in the report reveals that detainee Majid Khan was administered by enema his “‘lunch tray’ consisting of hummus, pasta with sauce, nuts and raisins was ‘pureed and rectally infused’”. One CIA officer’s email was in the report quoted as saying “we used the largest Ewal [sic] tube we had”.  [Guardian]
Daily Caller running a headline 'Former CIA Director Michael Hayden Says Rectal Feeding Not Torture, It's a Medical Procedure'
Guess they need to have a look at the Guardian article above.  Far from 'medical' the way CIA goons applied it.  Shame on Daily Caller 'Crapper'  (hey, that's kinda apt given the subject).
Would you believe Hayden tried to deny it was a rectal procedure:
Blitzer: Is that rectal though?

Hayden: No, it’s not. And I’m not prepared to tell you why one method was chosen ...
Wonder if the paper's having a quiet lend of us in that article ... or are Americans really, really, dumb and likely to fall for the comedic denials?
Well, that's the long awaited CIA Torture Report.
I've not read either of reports in full yet or paid very close attention to the articles, but I may go back and check things out more thoroughly.
Notice the US media is big on repeating "Torture Is Not An American Value" ('TINAAV').  That's a distancing thing (that's not America, that's those bad, bad torture progam tailors).  It's also a positive spin thing in the headlines.  TINAAV repeated thousands of times in the media provides a counterbalance to 'CIA Torture Report Sparks World Outrage' [Sky Australia] type reporting.
That's my take on it, but I'm no media expert, so you might think otherwise.
There's probably thousands of things that could be said.  OK, I'm exaggerating.  There are things that ought to be said in this post.  But I'm not sure I could be bothered (I'm just a blogger for fun).  And I'm running out of steam having done yet another all-nighter without sleep.
Should probably point out that the report from Open Societies Foundations looks pretty good and is rather a surprising contribution to have come across, because I've been very suspicious of anything NGO related and anything associated with George Soros, as I see NGOs as instruments of influence and 'take-over'.
Oh, now I remember what I wanted to say:  the CIA Torture Report will not change a thing.
Nobody is calling for military, political & economic leadership of Nazi Germany America to be held to account and tried before an international court of law.
So, it will be business as usual for the US and for countries within the US sphere of influence (and we're taking over 50 countries involved in these CIA torture activities at last count in 2013).
It's also worth mentioning that this is why we should make every effort to protect and support whistle-blowers (Bradley/Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden) and journalists and publishers (Julian Assange & WikiLeaks) who have taken enormous personal risk, and taken on world powers (yep, USA and friends, the same guys that were involved in kidnap, unlawful deportation and torture),  to disclose the truth of government wrongdoing and cover-up.
That over 50 governments have joined the US in criminal activity in violation of international laws should ring alarm bells like crazy.  That, and the fact that anybody can be grabbed off the street in a democracy, and shipped off for USA torture anywhere in the world.

It should also concern those who have watched their government clamp down on the free press and watched in dismay as governments rushed through laws that infringe on civil liberties, justified in the name of 'national security' and 'war on terror' (or merely European Union cohesion, in the case of the European Arrest Warrant) by governments that clearly cannot be trusted to adhere to principles of justice and democracy.

The CIA Torture Report ought to be an impetus for voters to demand transparent and accountable government.
