Very good for what was an impromptu job. Prepared about 1.2 kg chicken and did lazy estimates of my ingredients. There will be some frozen meals out of this, which is a bonus. Getting whining from the resident beeeeeeeeeep, who helped himself to another plate, even as he was complaining.   Whining that it's "not creamy enough".  It's heart attack food:  butter, cream, yoghurt, and it's as creamy as I'm going to make it. The beeeeeeeeeep who didn't cook this meal, then starts giving me instructions and entering into a 'debate' where there can be no debate.  It's my dish.  It's done.  It's my take on the dish; and it is what it is. No wonder I don't like cooking any longer. If I have to cook, I think I prefer Indian curries. So easy to do. South-east Asian curries are more fuss and more expense (unless you maybe go to a fresh produce market for special ingredients). Used different recipes as an inspiration. This is an example recipe that's a bit more involved than what I did, but it gives an idea of ingredients. What I did was made up a blender fine slurry of onion, garlic, ginger (and would have thrown in green chillies had I used them).  Not every recipe calls for onion, but I like it.  Threw in a tin of tomato, as I was worried my pasata wouldn't be enough for the quantity I was preparing. Once my chicken was browned, I drained off some of the oil and butter I had estimated for the job and I threw in the bay leaves, cinnamon and other dry spices (eg. cardamom, cumin, coriander, cloves, nutmeg, fenugreek seeds, dried methi (fenugreek), chilli powder).  I think next time I would be selective with this part, as not everything needs heating through (and there is risk of 'pan stick' and having to watch for it, doing it this way, instead of dumping spice into a paste or wet slurry) - eg. the powdered ingredients which, instead, could go into the slurry.  Onion/garlic/ginger (and extra tomato, in this case) slurry is then dumped in and cooked off a little.  Other spice ingredients go in; dump in tomato paste; yoghurt, cream; honey (if using) and throw in browned chicken pieces.  Some recipes use blended cashew seeds (or poppy seeds soaked for an hour or so and blended), blended into a paste with a little water.  I had some ground cashews on hand in the refrigerator, so I used that to get rid of the cashews.  Simmer for whatever.  I simmered for 20 and then another 20 because the rice wasn't put on, as I'd expected.  It looks like a dollop of butter can go on top on serving, or perhaps a dollop into the main body of the dish before serving.   My favourite part of this dish is the dried methi.  The dried methi smells so lovely.  My hands still smell like curry, but I don't mind smelling of curry.  LOL Some guy's pictorial here.

Burnt Offerings

Planet Tokyo Felt a meltdown post almost coming on, but I'm good now.  Had a laugh at something here and I've come good again. Frying some fondant potatoes and have put on honey glazed carrots.  The sausage frying I don't have to do, because I'm not good at that; so it's done by someone else. LOL ... oops.  While I was playing on here, I forgot the fondant potatoes.  Burnt them.  I was hoping I wouldn't get caught but I've been caught and there's grumping here:    burnt food because I was on the computer and I'm "always on the computer", which is my 'bad' thing all the time. True. I can't argue with that.  I'm addicted to playing on here. Cut off the burnt bits.  Then I tasted them. LOL Didn't taste too bad (but did taste  ...  burnt, LOL).  I haven't got a hang-up about burnt food like someone else here does. It's not like I'd go out of my way to eat something burnt, but it's not the end of my world if it is. I'd have more of a problem eating something with maybe a foreign object in it. There's grumping here still. Someone's banging in the kitchen. Not super loud. Just loud enough to let me know I'm 'bad'. LOL I've discovered a special talent the other day. I can tell if alcohol's been consumed by just the sound of a tiny quaver in a voice. I think that's a pretty amazing talent (but I don't know if it's universal, or if you must know the voice).   I'm like the 'hearing dog' of alcohol consumption. I used to be the 'sniffer dog' of alcohol consumption, because I could smell it at several paces. But now I've graduated. LOL Watched an some Ayatolla videos (the new Ayatolla ... I can't remember their names and am too lazy to look up). I couldn't work out if the Ayatolla was speaking Iranian (Persian) or if he was speaking Arabic. Watched the 'Great Satan' clip.  The Ayatolla makes some valid points about capitalist American politician conduct:  tempts and deceives, kills, imposes sanctions and behaves hypocritically; raises the flag of human rights and claims to support human rights (that's the hypocrisy part); presents well etc.  I think I need to watch it again to remember it all.  I was watching the women in the audience.  They seemed to be really attentive, like they were 'star struck' or something.  I'd have to watch more clips, but the Ayatolla seems cool. It looks like it could be Persian that he was speaking (which is said 'Farsi', meaning Persian, in Arabic ... because the Arabs can't say 'P'). I'm not certain it was Farsi. Might watch some more clips later. After the Ayatolla, I watched the early August interview of Assange on RT's 'Going Underground'.  I'd briefly watched some earlier clips before that, but sort of flicking through.  Sounded like he's maybe got a cold in this one. The most interesting thing for me was that Hillary Clinton is locked into cronyism for supports and that this has costs, as Hillary Clinton is therefore sort of hedged in, in terms of the decisions that she can make. Wonder if that will somehow be exploited by Clinton's opponents in US politics? I kind of knew she had a buddy system happening but I thought it was more like a loyal supporters thing than what it is: like an exchange, where they serve her (probably even corruptly, as was the case recently) and get rewarded by a Hillary Clinton who stands by them, no matter what (as demonstrated by her hiring the disgraced DNC ppl). That also explains why she hired them, which was controversial but I didn't really understand fully why it was such a big deal. The switch of attention from Hillary Clinton's dealings with Russians to Trump's non-existent Russian 'ties' was a good move by Team Psychopath Hillary. ...  20% sale of Uranium One, I think it was, to Russian interests while she was Secretary of State and what sounds like Russian kickbacks to her 'foundation' are more attention-worthy than Trump's non-existent Russian 'ties'. Trump apparently hasn't had success getting investments off the ground in Russia. Erdogan got mentioned. But I can't remember that bit. I was trying to groom my eyebrows while watching, which was quite the exercise in logistics, because I needed my things, mirror, light etc at the my 'desk' spot. Hate my eyebrows. I'd like to shave them off, but I don't look good without eyebrows. And when I did do that (waxed clean off), back when I used to do long walks, I would sweat and the sweat would run into my eyes. So it's maybe not practical. But I'm wanting to do it, or wax off my brows entirely, just because I don't like them.  Something's bothering me about the shape, but I don't know what. I just don't like them. Back to maybe watching some Persian clips, I guess. Can smell the beef sausages frying.  I'm not sure I can eat them.  I don't really like (all) meat that much.  The smell is making me sick.  I can smell the fat.  I don't like that smell.  -------/\/\/ MEAL is not to my liking.  Carrots on the hard side because I accidental turned off the carrots instead of the potatoes ... and then I burnt the potatoes TWICE.  Sausages taste horrible.  Even the onion chutney I recently made isn't to my liking.  I don't like the meat, so this is no meal for me.  LOL ... I  might have to have a peanut butter and jam sandwich.

In other words, it was an innocent man who died in a UN prison. French journalist Dimitri De Koshko was working in Yugoslavia at the time of Milosevic's arrest. Koshko was closely following the parody of the trial in The Hague. In an interview with Pravda.Ru, Dimitri De Koshko talked about circumstances of the possible murder of the Serbian leader in prison. "Today, we are talking about the trial in The Hague that has seen its legal ending only now. Milosevic was posthumously and very quietly acquitted by the Tribunal." "I'm a journalist and I can not judge on the legal side of the case, but I can assure you that a whole sea of lies was created to destroy Milosevic. His name was stained in the era of the Dayton Accords, in 1995, during Bill Clinton's presidency. The American administration used to have its own approach to the problem. The US used to be most interested in Bosnia-Herzegovina and the three main ethnic groups that had entered into civil strife there, namely the Croats, the Bosnians and the Serbs. The massacre that erupted in that region was especially brutal. "One can say that an entire ocean can be reflected in a drop of water. All elements of the Yugoslavian conflict could be found in the republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Milosevic was strongly opposed to the division of the territory. "Milosevic continued to insist on his position even when he was taken into custody for the trial in The Hague, where he died ten years ago. It should be noted that he died under very strange circumstances. "Without his knowledge, Milosevic was given a drug that neutralized the effect of the medicines against high blood pressure that the Serbian leader was taking. This is absurd, but the Dutch government refused to share details of Milosevic's treatment. According to the data made available through Wikileaks, it turns out that the judges in The Hague were discussing details of Milosevic's treatment with employees of the US Embassy in the Netherlands. This is a direct violation of medical confidentiality. It turns out that Milosevic did not know what medications he was taking in prison. All this is strange, to say the least. "Ten years ago, Milosevic was charged with genocide against Albanians. He refused to acknowledge that he was involved in the crime. According to the Court, 250,000 Albanians were killed in Kosovo. FBI agents and agents from other, so-called Western democracies, went to Kosovo to investigate. Those people found no traces of mass graves there. They did find the remains of Serbs and Roma tortured by the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army. The latter used to enjoy NATO's full support at the time. "Let us not forget that all those terrible events began with the bombings of Yugoslavia, at NATO' own initiative. It turns out that Milosevic had not succumbed to the provocations. When the judges failed to prove Milosevic's guilt, they switched to Bosnia. I must say here that Milosevic's position was very different from that of Karadzic. Milosevic's entire life was very closely connected with the  principles of the so-called "Yugoslav socialism." He had been following those principles in Yugoslavia and in his native land, Serbia. At that time, Serbia was the only republic of the former Yugoslavia, where there was no ethnic cleansing. This comes contrary to what my dear colleagues from Western publications were saying. "Additionally, everyone ignores the fact that the Serbs were expelled from Krajina (Croatia) in a brutal way. I mean the crimes committed by pro-Croat Nazi gangs. By the way, they use the same techniques in the East of Ukraine now. It just so happens that the world will learn the truth about the current events in Ukraine in about a decade. The West, including Western media, used to be silent about Iraq and then about Libya. They did not say anything about the blatant crimes that were committed in Yugoslavia. "Milosevic was acquitted on the 1,303rd page of the document against former head of the Croatian Serbs, Radovan Karadzic. One needs to bear in mind the fact that the position of Milosevic was very different from that of Karadzic. Yet, the Western media was hysterically screaming about their common guilt. Western journalists used to call Milosevic another Hitler, but Milosevic had never built any form of dictatorship in his country. Yet, the journalists had to follow the mainstream, to build their careers. Independent journalists would be accused of working for Milosevic. Nowadays, they accuse us, independent journalists, of working for Putin." "We saw the hanging of Saddam Hussein and then the lynching of Muammar Gaddafi. It appears that the crimes that the West has committed during the last 10-15 years were part of the plan to destabilize the state of affairs in the world." IDEOLOGICAL RAPE BY CAPITALISM & CAPITALISM'S PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE AGAINST EUROPEANS This comment was initially intended as a comment on an article in Pravda on Syria, and what appears to be shaping up as a Syrian, Indian, Chinese and Russian win against aggressive US-Anglo-EU-NATO capitalism, and Western capitalism's proxy forces that have been devastating Syria for years now. But I went off on a tangent looking up a term in the article. Look-up of term referred to in above article. Murzyn root =  Moor (Eng.) black (Polish), neutral. Derived from 'moor' (Eng.) - Polish (potentially Slavic, one would think) - for black or someone doing work of someone else / forced hard labour. Play: Friedrich Schiller - quote "The Moor has done his duty, the Moor can go" - ie. no longer needed once served purpose. And 'Negro', Latin for 'black' has fallen out of favour, apparently. But it is unclear why a descriptive Latin term is now unfashionable, or why anyone - let alone anyone across the globe - ought to take American capitalist controlled and sponsored so-called 'progressive values' capitalist subversion campaign propaganda and gibberish as anything but what it is:  INCURSION UPON THE DOMAIN OF WHAT IS FOREIGN LANGUAGE, CULTURE AND THOUGHT. Even a black produced by a Slavic miscegenation is not Slavic and never can be. It is genetically impossible. Poland is a Slavic nation, as long as Poland is Slavic, and what is Slavic is inalienable. It is also European divestment that is accepted and endorsed by the indoctrinated, self-serving and short-sighted capitalist-aligned Western middle-classes and by the prostituted Western intelligentsia, who are not only placing you in immediate and direct danger:  they are also exposing you and your kind to collective existential threat, manifested by the premeditated capitalist-serving program of invasion of European nations, that is promoted as a public 'good' of furthering 'diversity' (ie white divestment and white genocide) and of 'duty' to the welfare of third world 'refugees' (where there is in fact no such duty to outsiders incumbent upon the European nations, and where any international agreements to the contrary, and to the detriment of European man, are therefore illegitimate).  This CAPITALIST program (supported by the co-opted left and capitalist aligned intelligentsia and establishment) is,  in fact, a means of divesting Europeans of their inalienable rights & heritage, and is destroying European societies as European societies, while surreptitiously robbing Europeans of unique and irreplaceable heritage; robbing Europeans of basic physical safety; and robbing Europeans of their lands and their countries, while robbing Europeans of their nations as a people. Poland is no place for Africans, much less Africans in indigenous Polish politics and African 'sheepdogs' shepherding the language, culture, thought, or politics of Slavic, heterosexual, white Poles, per US State Department and American CAPITALIST AGENDA SERVING nation and society destroying interests that are destroying all European societies everywhere. Take close look at the conduct of American ambassadors in print or in the WikiLeaks released cables to identify the fifth column European society fragmenting subversive activities of these agents of American capitalism and multiply that incursion and subversion exerted by American capitalism, yet again, by considering the multitudes of capitalist-controlled and sponsored NGOs that dominate the social and political landscape of European societies, that these agents of capitalism seek to project American capitalist agenda & influence upon. Consider the association between capitalism and academia, along with capitalist-sponsored and capitalist-controlled  related influential government (ie capitalist serving) organisations and NGOs, consider the seemingly unrelated do-'good' (but whose 'good'?) do-gooder NGOs, and the mind-boggling multitudes of other interconnected, capitalist-sponsored NGOs, all acting to influence and shape European public opinion and politics (and to therefore socially control Europeans and whites, where deployed in European societies). Consider the, often insidious, powerful influence and indoctrination tool that is mainstream media (firmly in the hands of capitalists) and what purports to be 'alternative' Western media that is also tool for production and dissemination of capitalist-agenda promoting propaganda and indoctrination, that is actively engaged in maintaining the capitalist edifice by validating the illegitimate capitalist system and capitalist universalist ideology (likely CIA, capitalist media and capitalist NGO engineered) -- that has been taken up by Western capitalist 'philanthropists' and corporations, Western capitalist institutions, capitalist media companion enforcers and by the Western capitalist system indoctrinated shilling intelligentsia) --  and thereby reinforcing support of the capitalist system that sponsors such 'alternative' media (as a controlled voice of 'opposition' that is not any kind of opposition at all as it supports the faulty system that sponsors it)  and a voice in support of a system that clearly works against the vital interests of Europeans/whites, and corporate and alternative media that is absolutely not the 'Fourth Estate' but is yet another lie that is product of the 'original sin':  the lie of the media as 'Fourth Estate' that presumably sold what is nothing but most undemocratic capitalist rule as a 'democratic' political system (in the process of divestment of native European peasant / working-classes), when the capitalist 'democracy'  is merely exchange of masters in the exchange of control by native landowning aristocracy for control by disparate and indifferent capitalism (and now highly mobile foreign capitalism), a political (and economic) system that is a lie and a failure itself, as it is a capitalist owned 'democracy' that is actively divesting and harming European man, no matter what the capitalist-sponsored, capitalist-indoctrinated and capitalist-serving Western intelligentsia propagandists tell you.  CAPITALIST forces that control information and tools of influence also control/shape the 'shapers':  Western academia.  Western capitalist-controlled and capitalist-serving academia, in turn, shapes the middle-class professions and professionals.  These same capitalist forces are also the forces that control/shape the Western 'rewarders' (professional accreditation/control bodies, professional awards dispensers, professional research funding dispensers etc) of the neocon-serving establishment/capitalist 'ideological sausage factory' churned professionals (middle-classes) jumping through capitalist hoops for treats like dogs, and Western intelligentsia  doing likewise (either as fools, as malicious bastards intent on subverting the interests of their own kind or, otherwise, as useful idiots). Planet Tokyo Spend hours obsessively cramming my head full of what is political trivia. [DELETED the mean melt-down bits ... LOL ] I'm hoping I can calm myself to get some sleep. I'll be even more useless than I already am if I don't calm down. I might warm my coffee.  I sit on the same back coffee no sugar for hours.  I like sipping a cold coffee for as long as it lasts.  Warm coffee first thing in the day, or microwaved coffee 'dregs' if I have a cigarette outdoors ... which I don't do much of unless I feel stressed. It seems my lost-in-head-space focus on things that interest me, and my weird aversion to being outdoors, outweighs my cigarette cravings ... which is unusual, I imagine.  But it's probably just as weird still craving a cigarette from time to time, when the addiction is almost broken.   Nicotine is an addiction that never dies.
