This part one publication consists of three documents: a twenty-seven page psycho-social and medical assessment from 10 November 2015, a report from Mr. Assange’s physician from 8 December 2015 and a dentist’s report from 31 July 2015. The in-depth assessment of the psychological and physical effects that the severely restrictive conditions of confinement within the small premises of the Embassy have had on Mr. Assange is by far the most detailed insight into the circumstances of his life inside the Embassy —including the multi-million dollar covert operation the United Kingdom admits to subjecting him to. He has been deprived of his liberty since 7 December 2010. He has not been charged with an offence. The deterioration of Mr. Assange’s physical health has arisen as a result of the extremely restrictive conditions of his confinement. The United Kingdom has formally refused safe access to even the most basic hospital diagnostics. On February 5th this year the United Nations found that Mr. Assange’s effective detention in the Embassy of Ecuador by the United Kingdom and Sweden is arbitrary and unlawful and that he must be freed and compensated. What can we do with our values, what can we do at all in relation to this war? Because the reality is Margaret Thatcher had it right; there is no society any more. What there is is a transnational security elite that is busy carving up the world using your tax money. To combat that elite we must not petition; we must take it over. The Vietnam War and the push for US involvement was the result of the Gulf of Tonkin incident . . . a lie. The Iraq War famously is the result of lies. Wars in Somalia are a result of lies. The Second World War and the German invasion of Poland was the result of carefully constructed lies. That is war by media. Let us ask ourselves of the complicit media, which is the majority of the mainstream press, what is the average death count attributed to each journalist? When we understand that wars come about as a result of lies peddled to the British public and the American public and the publics all over Europe and other countries, then who are the war criminals?  It is not just leaders, it is not just soldiers, it is journalists; journalists are war criminals. And while one might think that that should lead us to a state of despair, that the reality that is constructed around us is constructed by liars, is constructed by people who are close to those that they are meant to be policing, it should lead us also to an optimistic understanding because if wars can be started by lies, truth can be started, peace can be started by truth. Planet Tokyo Deleted my meltdown mega-post. Once I've calmed down, I always feel mean posting my perspective on the meltdowns I have.  That being so, I don't really know why I even bother posting. Really stressed yesterday. Took ages to get to sleep. Every cell in my body was in excruciating pain. I'm calmer today and all is fine, I guess. Maybe I exaggerate whatever sends me into meltdown mode? I don't know. Now that I'm over the personal meltdown hump, I'm getting neurotic about the weird back pains I've been experiencing, that feel more like internal organ pains than muscular or skeletal. That's something else on my list of what I haven't seen to. Knee and mysterious back pains. But maybe it's nothing. Maybe I'm just getting old and falling apart. I'm hoping it's not anything to do with my failure to follow up on another medical, because I'm too messed up to get my act together to see to that. Let's hope I don't die waiting to get my act together. On the other hand, I sometimes wish I would just drop dead. LOL Woke up feeling like death, but I'm better now. Hair's falling out by the bucket load (well, I exaggerate ... but it is loads). Onto the third black coffee of the day, in succession, which is unusually quick consumption of coffee for me. Normally, I'll sit on the coffee for ages, slurping from the same gone-cold cup for most of the day. The start to my day was late ... and then the proper 'start' to my day is like six hours later, when I feel calm, collected, alert etc. WTF? Who normally has six hours to devote to getting their act together and sort of tooling around, gathering their thoughts and coming good? It doesn't happen in the real world, in which the alarm goes off and you jump through routine hoops like you're a conscript in an army barracks, before charging to some wage-slave destination, as you negotiate daily traffic jams and frustrations that suck up your life minus pay, on the way to being confined with other unrelated, alien, dispensable cogs of capitalist economy, somewhere. The days are never long enough for me. In my ideal world each day would be a week.  Or even longer. I would love an uninterrupted week of just whatever. No sleep. Awake and alert, focused on whatever. But I'd probably go crazy doing that ... LOL

It's bizarre, but I've never really looked at Iraq to see what it's like. I was surprised to see how large Iraqi cities are. I looked at Karbala (the city) the other day, because I love this song: Karbala by:  Ali Fadhil Shocking living conditions and destroyed infrastructure in Iraq.  Large numbers of widowed women with very large numbers of minor children living in primitive conditions, and large numbers of orphaned children, living with limited help. I keep thinking what if ISIS are really the good guys? What if they're not the proxies of capitalists like we're being told? What if they want to liberate their lands from capitalist control? Maybe not. Otherwise, they wouldn't be involved in the attack on Syria. Syria is independent of the Great Satan capitalists. No matter what I see abroad, I do not support the Western capitalist implementation of what is, in fact, an enduring program of invasion as Western capitalist policy that is robbing ALL Europeans of their nations; nor do I support the capitalist-engineered mass population transfer for capitalist-serving economic and strategic gain parallel Western capitalist agenda, or support mass population transfer the result of entirely to be expected follow-on consequences of capitalist wars, to any European nation that is being destroyed by these Western capitalists.  However, I am beginning to believe that all European societies have already been destroyed by these capitalists.  The deadly seeds of destruction of European nations were planted by capitalists decades ago, and destruction of European nations as European nations is as certain as the destruction of Iraq is evident.
