A 34-year old man from Somalia accused of raping a dying woman in a garage in Stockholm. According to the prosecutor the woman died during the rape, but the man chose to continue the abuse. Prosecution has also brought for breach griftefriden.
It was early in the morning of 27 September, police received an alarm that the two men had intercourse with a completely eliminated woman on the floor of a parking garage under the Sheraton Hotel in Vasagatan in Stockholm.
When police arrived, they found a 34 year old man from Somalia, who was in the throes of an anal intercourse with the woman. Police checked the woman's pulse and found that she was dead.
The man was arrested by police and detained two days later by the Stockholm District Court on suspicion of rape. The prosecutor had requested his detention for the murder, but the district court found that the evidence for the suspicion was not strong enough.
Now the 34-year-old accused of rape and crimes against griftefriden [precise definition unknown: crime relates to mistreatment of corpse]. According to the indictment, the woman was alive, but totally helpless on the ground such as drug and alcohol influence when the man began a anal intercourse with her. The prosecutor alleges that the woman died during the [assault], and the man then proceeded to have sex with the dead body.
'"[34 year old] has ... carried out sexual acts after [the woman] died and thus insult literally treated the body of [the woman]" "wrote prosecutor in the part of the criminal act relating griftefrid [precise definition unknown: crime relates to mistreatment of corpse] crime.
The accused man denies that he would have been guilty of rape. According to him, the issue of voluntary sexual intercourse between him and the woman.
But that explanation does not hold, says the prosecutor indicted 34-year-old.
- She is dying, and the influence of various products so I mean that she can not give consent to a voluntary intercourse. She is in a vulnerable situation in which this should be classified as a rape, says prosecutor Daniel Jonsson for free times.
At autopsy found that the woman had, among other things, alcohol, traces of cocaine and various prescription medications in the body when she died. No signs of external violence is not, according to Daniel Jonsson, who explains that the cause of death is listed as "addiction-related accident" in the autopsy report. The woman may have died of a combination of drug influence and that she was in generally poor physical condition.
The other man who witnesses saw at the site has been cleared of suspicion, because the prosecutor deems that there is [not?] enough evidence to charge him with any crime.
34-year-old prosecuted even for another, similar rape alleged to have occurred on 13 August. At that time, the man allegedly sexually assaulted a man under indictment were in a vulnerable position because of "sleep and drunkenness."

Somali immigrant to Sweden rapes 12-year-old girl, sentenced to community service'

An 18-year-old Somali immigrant to that Scandinavian country who violently raped a 12-year-old female has been punished with a mere 180 hours of community service.
According to recently released court documents, translated by The Daily Caller News Foundation, on Nov. 10, 2014, Guled Mohamud, a Somali citizen who now resides inSundsvall, lured to his home an unidentified girl who had just days before turned 12 years old. He apparently was able to draw her into his apartment by having a friend claim to possess intimate photographs of her.
Once the girl was in his home, Mohamud violently raped the preteen, tearing her jacket off and holding her to the ground while repeatedly striking her face.
He then forced the girl to perform oral sex on him, while repeatedly taunting her sexually. When the girl returned home, she was covered with blood and bruises.
Mohamud tried to claim he had been in a three-month romantic relationship with the girl, and that she had claimed to be 16 years old, and that he therefore had only committed the lesser offense of sexually exploiting a minor (Sweden’s age of consent is 15). The girl denied ever dating Mohamud, and the court dismissed his defense as not credible, finding thathe fully understood the girl had not consented and was under 15 years of age. He was convicted June 24.
Even in famously lenient Sweden, the punishment for rape is supposed to be a minimum of two years and a maximum of six (the maximum is bumped up to ten years for aggravated rape). Mohamud, however, will spend no time in prison. Instead, the court used its power to impose non-prison punishments and sentenced him to 180 hours of supervised community service, the equivalent of about 22 days of unpaid work. He will also have to pay his victim damages of about $15,000 for physical and psychological suffering.
The court justified Mohamud’s light punishment by noting that he was 17 years old at the time, had no prior convictions, and had “some trouble with anxiety and sleep problems” for which he took medication. Based on this, the court ruled him fit for community service rather than prison.
While the court’s judgment would almost certainly appal Americans, it was not considered unusual even by Mohamud’s prosecutor, Christina Edlund Nilsson.
“There is nothing shocking or surprising [about this],” Nilsson told the Fria Tider, a Swedish newspaper. She said the ruling reflected precedent for how the country treats juvenile offenders.
Punishments that are shockingly lenient by American standards are a modern Scandinavian tradition. Even Anders Breivik, the Norwegian who butchered 77 people in a bombing and shooting spree in 2011, received a maximum sentence of 21 years, and will be eligible for parole after a mere 10.

It was the night between Friday and Saturday last week that the suspected rape took place on the Finnish ferryViking Amorella, which was on the route between Stockholm and Turku. A 45-year-old woman should have been tricked in a cabin of one of the perpetrators, and then gang-raped when more penetrated the cabin.
Media, which tends to be overzealous in their eagerness to follow the point in the "press ethics" that explains that you should not emphasize the person's ethnic origin or nationality if it "has no significance in this context and is disrespectful" made rapidly interpretation that it was important to emphasize the arrested rapist be Swedish.
"Six Swedish men raped the woman in the cab," declared Aftonbladet. "Six Swedes arrested for the rape of ferry" trumpeted Expressen. Metro had the same title but with "finland ferry" instead of just "ferry". "Many Swedish men suspected of raping Finnish ferry," read DN's heading. While the TT was meant by "Six Swedes were arrested for ferry rape".
It seems that the original proposition, that there were six Swedes who were arrested, were not the Swedish media figment, but stemmed from statements made by the Finnish police made the Ilta-Sanomat. Soon, however, it became clear that there were few ethnic Swedes who were arrested. In social media came up data from the Swedes, who has been on the cruise that the perpetrators were of Somali origin. This did not, however, continued to shout from the rooftops perpetrators' nationality. "Six Swedes" became "eight Swedes" when more suspects were arrested when the ferry came back to Sweden.
"One informant stated Aftonbladet that the woman should have been tricked by the cab of one of the offender. Once in the cab joined several men who pushed her down on her back and pulled her clothes. Then raped her, according to the woman's information. "So wrote AftonbladetRichard Aschberg and Victor Stenquist February 2nd. "Already during the weekend arrested a total of eight Swedish men suspected of involvement in the gang rape," they wrote in the same article.
At this point, it was already known to readers of alternative media, or nätfora as Flashback, that the alleged perpetrators had names like Mohamed, Ahmed and Abdullahi. Still adopted, however, the majority of the Swedish media have not lied straight out, but had simply failed to write ethnicity but wrote their proper, formal nationality - they were Somalis with Swedish citizenship.
Nya Tider can now reveal that this too is a lie. All four men currently detained, on probable cause suspected of aggravated rape, have Somali citizenship.

Nya Tider has sought [comment of] Aftonbladet and Expressen editorial managers, news directors and the Aftonbladet head of the newsroom, but to arrive. TT's editorial director Mats Johansson succeeded, however, we receive answers from, but he explained while he himself is poorly versed in this specific case.

NYT: First, you wrote "Six Swedes were arrested for ferry rape". Since it emerged in social media and in other ways that these men were not Swedes, but Somalis. As it says in the next article: "Once detained for ferry rape" and he described as a "man" of a certain age. Why it was [this] considered more relevant [than] to state nationality when it was assumed to be Swedish?
- I can not know the details of that, but perhaps we can say that it was a ferry between Sweden and Finland. Typically, the well much swedes and a large part pimples.
NYT: I was ready to buy that argument on at least some level about ed of Swedish citizens, but it does it's not. Is not it just as important for a collection Somali citizen commits a gang rape on a ferry between Sweden and Finland?
- I do not know what information we had at the beginning, so I can not answer that.
NYT: Now is the detention hearing against three of the suspects today. Will you indicate nationality when you write about it?
- I'm in other meetings today, so I really do not know. I have not been directly involved in that.
We ask Mats Johansson, who in this case we should turn to our questions, and he promises to call back later. At this writing, we still hope that he will deliver on his promise.
When Aschberg and Stenquist published his article in Aftonbladet had, as I said already emerged in the social media that the perpetrators were Somalis. It is hard to escape the suspicion of an attempt at "damage control" when the two writers instead began to emphasize men allegedly Swedish citizenship. They went so far as to falsify what authority people would have said to them.
"She will now request that the matter be investigated in Sweden when both the victim and the alleged perpetrators are Swedish citizens," they wrote about the prosecutor Elisabeth Brandt.

- Yes you do, it will account for Aftonbladet in that case, said prosecutor Brandt as Nya Tider asks if she really said so, given that the men not at all Swedish nationals, with the exception of one of the suspects who have already been released.
NYT: You do not recognize that you would have said then?
- No, what I said in that case that they are resident in Sweden.
Neither Lars Andersson, group manager at the City Police's sexual crime group - Aftonbladet also referred to for preparing the Somalis as Swedish citizens - recognize that he would have said so, but he's not as confident as Brandt that he could not have said wrong.
Update: In one case, uncertainty arose as to the nationality, as the Tax unlike arrest petition stated that Somali became a Swedish citizen in 2010. In the other three cases, the Swedish Tax Agency and arrest request unanimous: they are Somali citizens.

The first perpetrator in that assault scenario took off and it appears the Swedish police couldn't manage to find anything to prosecute him for, but it doesn't sound like they tried too hard when (a) he surely would have left DNA and (b) when the dead woman being screwed in the underground car-park in Stockholm was, clearly, in no position to give consent owing to the high level of intoxication, drug & alcohol.
Nonetheless, Swedish authorities don't even make anything stick re Somali anal rapist perp No. 2 (as I understand) ... but they got him on a rape of a male victim, who was anally raped at a shelter, while vulnerable: drunk and passed out. Anyone see a pattern here? Sentence for anally raping a drunk, passed out guy in Sweden is: 5 years of cosseting in a Swedish prison. But, hey, it's early days: he's 17. Swedish media portrays this as a gang rape by 'Swedish' men although it was soon discovered via social media / alternate media that the perpetrators were not Swedes and, as I read this translation, although the perpetrators were not even Swedish citizens (not that this would excuse what amounts to misleading to the public, given that 'citizenship' is a mere legal formality totally divorced of facts that are vital to making informed decisions re (a) safety (b) criminality (c) policy (d) and much more).
The Swedish politicians that allow this to be committed against unsuspecting Swedes (and probably other Europeans, given the Shengen open borders arrangement) are negligent pigs.
You don't have to be Nostradamus to predict the future.
You go to cities like Malmö, Sweden's third city.
They are 20 years ahead demographically.
That's what the rest of Sweden is going to be, and Sweden is taking more immigrants -- more refugees -- than UK, France and all the other Nordic country combined.

And the historical issue I would argue is that when immigration -- refugee immigration -- for Sweden started in the late 1980s in large numbers, there was huge race -- violent -- aggressive racist backlash.
So, you know, this is another paradox about Scandinavia.
The Scandinavian countries are quite peaceful, but in terms of racist murders, they top the world.
And the Swedish elite -- again, the left, the right, and the media -- they formed a counter-movement to quell racism.
And if the politicians and the media can claim that immigration is good for the economy, that it's not causing unemployment, it's not causing social problems, then they easily win the debate, right?
So then they cheat.

They don't know what Hitler said. They don't understand that.
And, if you want, you can perhaps find an explanation in the lack of values and people fill it up, then, with something else.

So among Swedish politicians there was -- one of the Swedish newspapers had a survey -- one percent (1%) of them live in the areas where there is a lot of immigrants, and those [ie resident 1%] are typically immigrants.
I mean, that just tells you -- you know, that just tells you something about those people, right, the elite -- which is this is multiculturalism for voters, but not for me and my kids.
If you really think multiculturalism is good, why don't you go and live there?
The fact that you don't live there, that almost none of them live there, almost none of them send their kids to school there, shows that at the human level, at some level, they understand that it is not working.
And these politicians -- some of them -- know.
I mean, I talk to high-ranking politicians sometimes.
Some of them know what's going on, that this is unsustainable, and that basically, Sweden is slowly going towards a cliff.
Sweden's third largest city, Malmö, sits just across the water from Copenhagen, Denmark.
To visitors, Malmö seems quiet, nice, maybe a little boring. In other words, quintessentially Swedish.
But under the surface, Malmö has serious problems.
On Saturday when Israel played Sweden in a Davis Cup tennis match in Malmö, an estimated 6,000 (six thousand) leftists, Arabs, Muslims and anarchists protested the Israeli presence in the city, and many attacked police.
Almost no fans were allowed inside to watch the tennis series because authorities feared disruptions or violence.
Massive immigration has made Malmö today one-quarter Muslim and stands to transform it into a Muslim majority city within a few decades.
One of the most popular baby names is not Sven, but Mohammed.

CBN news was unable to get a response from Malmö's mayor Ilmar Reepalu, but he told a Swedish publication he does not think anti-Semitism is greater in Malmö than in other Swedish cities and said that harassment of Jews is 'not good'.

CBN News asked a number of Jewish leaders to appear on camera to discuss anti-Semitism, they all declined, with one saying it would only make the situation worse.
Sweden could be paying a tough price on its policies on immigrants and multiculturalism.
A Stockholm suburb erupted into violence for a few hours, as crowds of angry massed youths from migrant families burned cars, smashed windows, and hurled stones at police officers.
What's believed to have fuelled the riot was the death of a sixty-nine year old, allegedly shot by police in the area last week.
So to discuss how the mood might be changing in the heart of Scandinavia, we're now joined live from the Swedish capital by Marc Abramsson, who's Chairman of the National Democrats party.
Mr Abramsson, thanks so much for joining us here on RT to discuss this.
Well, we normally have, you know, the image in our minds the image of Stockholm as a very calm, placid city.
So how surprised were you to see those riots? I mean, angry youths setting cars and buildings ablaze?

Thank you.
Well, I was not that surprised anymore.
But this is fairly new to Sweden and this is a clear consequence of this multiculturalism politics that Sweden adopted around the 80s, and increased it in the 90s, and we are now seeing these problems; that this politics is not working.
And we have seen this -- this is not a unique one single occasion, we have seen this in Gothenburg, in Malmo, several times, and even in the city where I am an elected councillor in Södertälje, in Rona [municipality in Stockholm County, east central Sweden], we have these ethnic-based riots against Swedish authorities.
So this -- I wasn't surprised, but we have seen this in Western Europe.
It's very sad, and I think we'll see more of this if we don't change the politics in the future.

Well, let's take a look at this particular neighbourhood, and it's 80% (eighty percent), immigrant residents.
And the trouble flared after police killed an elderly man there.
I mean, obviously, these people feel they're not protected by the police. Don't they have a right to be heard?
Marc Abramsson National Democratic Party
Well, I think that the problem beneath this -- it can be different things -- this time it was this man that was arrested and resisted and was killed.
We have other things that happened in other places.
But the main reason is that they don't identify themselves with the Swedish society or as Swedes, but their own ethnic group, they live in their own area, and they feel the area is their own, and when the police arrive, they feel that the police are intruding into their, sort of, country, if you would like.

So how did that happen? I mean, what led to that?
Sorry for interrupting you.
But what led to that, I mean, how did they -- sort of their neighbourhood or the community where they live turn into a sort of ghetto type dwelling there.
I mean, what about the integration policies, is the government doing anything at all to integrate the immigrants?
Marc Abramsson National Democratic Party
Yes, I think that Sweden has been trying harder than any other country in Europe to try to push for integration, where we invested virtually billions into it of taxpayers' money.
We've tried everything that the scientists have presented and, still, it's not working.
And the problem -- the core here -- is that these people don't identify themselves as-- they identify themselves as their own ethnic group, and accede to the interests of their group.
And with the second generation, it's even worse, because they are between the Swedish society and their parents' society, if you would like to.
And it's clearly not working.
It's not working in Sweden, it's in France, or in the United States.
This is something we'll see more of, and I don't think it's solvable to integrate this huge influx.
If it was just a couple of people, of course.
But what we have in Sweden today is an immigration stream that is so huge that we have no roof, where there's nothing that says we'll accept this many, or we can accept ten thousand (10,000) or a thousand (1,000), but it is unlimited.
And that is basically -- I think this is really why this is escalating, because they want to live with their own people, their own ethnic group.
They seek actively to live with their own group.
So they concentrate themselves to these areas, and then they feel like their have their own little town in Sweden and they don't accept or identify with the Swedish authorities and this is just getting--
We have seen this for several years coming up with police cars: when they do work in these areas they have to be two cars, one protecting the other, when they're working in these areas.
People are trying to maintain builds, have to have guards -- security guards.
The fire department can't work.
We've seen this in Malmo when they get attacked by angry immigrant youths that feel like they're intruding into their own area, even when they're trying to help.
And this is basically-- it's not about bad or good people. It's just a consequence of this politics.
And what we would like to see, instead, is safe havens. That we help people their own countries or in neighbouring countries--
