Part way through this. Interesting that the number of deaths caused by police reluctance to police as result of the Black Lives Matter activities has doubled the death rates in the communities that are consequently not being policed. I'm torn between watching Alex Jones, listening to Bryan Ferry (which I keep flipping back to), wanting to scream because the anxiety levels are on the increase here ... or finally having a hot shower. Too bad I can't do everything at once.

If the police can do anything they like with someone like him, it means that do what they like in general and at all times. So the 'ordered' world we think exists (where we have rights, are free from oppression and abuse etc) may not exist at all.  That's the part that freaked me out:  the feeling of vulnerability. The post on the project site, proposing to change the name of the project, got me all worked up for a while ... but it's probably someone trolling. This guy's death doesn't make any sense to me. Why would you commit suicide if you were assaulted? ꕤ
