Not sure that this summary has helped me enormously, as I'm just an average, not too bright, person. What struck me about this is that taxpayer money (in my view) should not be going back to any religious (ie POLITICAL) groups, particularly in what is supposed to be secular society. It doesn't matter to me that like kickbacks go to other religious (ie POLITICAL) groups. I don't think host societies should be funding political (or personal) ambitions of groups that represent interests of outsiders to the host nation. Found myself wondering why the Clinton deputy chief of staff isn't Anglo-American or European (ie Huma Abedin, Islamic Indian-Pakistani), and why there seems to be so few Anglo-Americans in American politics. If I were the purported 62%, I would want to know why (a) my demographic has dramatically dwindled and (b) why my institutions are dominated by those that are not Anglo-Americans or those of European origin. I'm sure that if the demographic of the Turks in Turkey had dwindled to 62% and if the country and its institutions were dominated by those that are not Turks, the Turks would have cause for concern. However, the Turks aren't fools, and whatever you might think of Erdogan, at least Erdogan promotes Turkish interests. I don't know what kind of scam the Clinton Foundation is, but it sounds like some kind of scam to me. The sums of money being put through that are obscene, and the network of interconnecting shifty NGOs is mind-boggling. The average person would have a hard time getting a handle on all these NGOs, the influence, and the money moving through them. The average news reader who doesn't follow this very closely, would have no hope of seeing the bigger picture when it comes to American political figures and their various connections. I'm with the Saudis on stopping the sue-the-government law when terrorists strike. I think that's bullsh*t, and so is suing banks. I can barely remember how to use the portable landline.  I don't have a fancy phone.  I hate texting.  I've no electronic gadgets of my own. The average of daily views is a modest low hundreds per day, but a high hundreds of views happens now and then, which is sort of so-so.  It's not that rare or surprising. However, an unprecedented spike of just under 5.5k on 3rd August 2016 has me wondering if this blog has been the target of a brute force attack or some intrusion attempt. Notice discrepancy in the Blogger figures.  On the day itself, the day's indicator was just over 6k views (I'm pretty sure).  But the chart now reads just over 5.5k views for the day.  Don't know what's going on there, either.  Has Blogger been hacked?   Are the programmers making mistakes?  Are the programmers partying?  LOL If there is any morally indignant SJW or anarchist deluded freak trying to attack my play-space, you're wasting your time.  I can be up and running again in minutes in several locations, because I have an archived copy of my Blogger templates and the blog content (which I'm getting compulsive about saving), and have templates for most things I compose. Most of the emails released come from seven prominent DNC staff members: senior adviser Andrew Wright, national finance director Jordon Kaplan, finance chief of staff Scott Comer, Northern California finance director Robert Stowe, finance director of data and strategic initiatives Daniel Parrish, finance director Allen Zachary and Miranda. The release provides further evidence the DNC broke its own charter violations by favoring Clinton as the Democratic presidential nominee, long before any votes were cast. Over the past several weeks, Guccifer 2.0 released several internal memos showing DNC staff strategizing to make Clinton the presidential nominee—as early as March 2015. In June 2016, Florida-based law firm, Beck & Lee, filed a class action lawsuit against Wasserman Schultz and the DNC based on the revelations from these leaked files. Other emails show DNC staff in damage control over allegations from the Sanders campaign, when a report—corroborated by a Politico—revealed the DNC’s joint fundraising committee with the Clinton campaign was laundering money to the Clinton campaign instead of fundraising for down-ticket Democrats. Regardless of the fundraising tactics, because both major campaigns didn’t agree to use the joint fundraising committee super-PAC with the DNC, the DNC should have recused itself from participating with just the Clinton campaign. The Wikileaks and Guccifer 2.0 leaks are the perfect end to a Democratic primary that undermined democracy at every possible opportunity while maintaining plausible deniability. The party’s rules, including the use of super delegates—who disproportionately endorsed Clinton before the primaries began—are intended to provide the Democratic Party leverage over the election process. Throughout the primaries, decisions were made by DNC officials to help Clinton build and maintain a lead over Sanders. More votes were cast for Clinton, but they were cast at the behest of a Democratic Party that downplayed her shortfalls to the extent that Sanders not only had to run against Clinton but also against the entire Democratic Establishment.
