Archie comic banned in Singapore as censorship row escalates

Random House ................................................- "Archie: The Married Life Book Three".
Simon and Schuster Children's Publishing ..........- "And Tango Makes Three".
Until I read this I thought I was quite the liberal.
Publish by all means and go ahead and stock it in the latte-sipping section of the bookshop, for those that may wish to indoctrinate their *own* children.
But if I had children, I wouldn't want this on standard distributors' shelves or available in schools.
It's mindboggling that the publishers are incapable of self-regulation, when they're publishing materials aimed at minors rather than adults.
Mine's not a politically correct view, but I don't care.
This is indoctrination.
